Key Responsibilities:
• Provide visionary leadership to a team of Sales Agents, fostering a high-performance culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and achievement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales targets, expand market share, and achieve revenue goals within the Life and Health Insurance division.
• Lead by example, actively engaging in sales activities, prospecting, and client interactions to set the standard for the team.
• Mentor and coach Sales Agents, offering guidance, feedback, and training to enhance their sales techniques and professional development.
• Establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, collaborating to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt strategies and ensure a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with upper management to report on team performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales, with a substantial portion in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and motivating teams to exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of life and health insurance products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with company goals.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership, leading from the front with energy and enthusiasm.
• Relevant licenses and certifications in insurance and leadership (e.g., Life & Health Insurance License, Leadership Training) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
